Shipping Info
Processing Times:
Our products are all made to order, so can take up to 6 weeks to process, you can see more info on the timeline here
Shipping Costs:
Australia:
- Regular Shipping: $10
- Express Shipping: $15
- Free shipping for orders $250 and over
International:
We ship everything worldwide apart from our A1 signs.
We offer regular and express international options. Shipping fees vary based on weight and location. You can calculate shipping at checkout.
Customs and VAT:
We want to make sure you're aware that all customs charges and taxes, including VAT, must be paid by the receiver of the order. Parterie is not responsible for any charges that may arise when receiving international orders. Please keep in mind that these fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge.
If you encounter any duties and taxes associated with your order, we do not offer refunds in these situations.
Tracking:
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive an email with you tracking number once your order has shipped.
FAQ
Can I change the design at all?
All of our wedding items are pre designed so you can only make the changes we have available. Anything that you have the option of changing will be available in each items listing.
Can I pick a different font?
No sorry, we choose fonts that best suit each design.
Can I choose my own colour scheme?
If you can't find the colours you're after from our available options, we are more than happy to help. Just email us your colour scheme and we will see what we can do. If you want to mix some of our existing colour palettes we can also do that.
Can I have my guests names printed on the invites?
At the moment this isn't something we offer.
Do Invitations and the Invitation packages come with envelopes?
We don't include envelopes. You can order envelopes and choose to have your guests names and address printed on them here

How do I send you my wording?
To send wording for your invitations, save the dates and invitation packages just email us. You can see examples on our website. If something won't fit we will let you know before sending the proof. If you have a lot of details we suggest getting an invitation and details card in our invitation packages.
Sometimes designs need to be moved around a bit to fit wording.
Can I get a sample of my item?
We can't do single samples but we will send you proofs of everything for you to go over. You can then alter these 2 times free of charge. If you need to make more than 2 changes we will charge you $30 per change.
If there is a spelling mistake can I have a refund?
We don't do refunds for spelling mistakes as all wording is sent in by you, we will double check everything for you. You can also make sure everything is correct when we send you your proof.
Do you have a minimum on products?
We do have minimums as this is the most cost effect when printing. You can see all minimums on each listing.
